Privacy notice

Hayatt Pharmacy runs two pharmacies in London, at 187 Brompton Road (Knightsbridge) and 488 Oxford Street (Marble Arch). Our company details are on our Legal & regulatory information page. • Messages and orders: when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or email, we keep your name, contact details and what you ask us for, so we can help you and complete your order.
• Delivery details: if we post an order, we use your name, address and phone number to send it.
• Payments: payments are taken through a secure payment link from our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Health information: if you share information about your health so we can advise you, we use it only to give you that advice and to arrange care you ask for, such as a doctor visit.

We use your information to answer your questions, give advice, process and deliver orders, arrange doctor visits you request, and meet our legal and professional duties as a pharmacy. We do not sell your information. We only share it with those who help us do these things, such as delivery companies, our payment provider and, when you ask us to arrange one, an independent doctor.

Our website shows Google Maps and uses Google Fonts. When you view these, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies; see Google’s privacy policy. Our web host may also collect basic visit statistics. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law or our professional rules require.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it.
